License Agreement
United States copyright law protects this software. A hardware security key that plugs into a USB port also protects it. Without the key the program is limited at build to a 3 by 3 table. No limits occur during edit. With the key the full table up to 256 by 256 may be built into a state program. The software may be copied freely. The product with key must be purchased from Actland
You assume responsibility for the selection of the program to achieve your intended results, and for the installation and use of the program. Programs that are developed using the Actland STATEMASTER may be used, given away, or sold without additional license or fees. You are not required to indicate that a program was developed using STATEMASTER or that it contains source code formed by it.
