Actland warrants that STATEMASTER performs substantially as described in the user's manual, on a Personal Computer running Win 32. The program is provided without any other warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Actland. be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage, including but not limited to incidental, consequential or other damages.
With respect to the disk and documentation enclosed herein, Actland warrants the same to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. In the event of notification of defects in material or workmanship within the warranty period, Actland will replace the defective disk or documentation.
